RUSH 2025
Rush is the audition process through which first-years can become a part of the Alley Cats. Taking place in the fall semester at the start of each academic year, rush begins with a performance so that you can hear what each a cappella group sounds like: Woolsey Jam. After that, you’ll have another opportunity to hear even more from each group at Marsh Jam. From there, you can sign up for an audition and start the process!

The Alley Cats are a member of the Yale Singing Group Council (SGC), an umbrella organization that represents 17 undergraduate a cappella groups. The SGC organizes rush, along with other events throughout the year. More information about rush and a cappella at Yale can be found at https://rushyale.com.
